Rules and regulations

PROHIBITIONS

  • The practice of any unseemly act or breach of morals and good manners on the park’s premises will be brought to the attention of the competent authorities. 
  • It is forbidden to disseminate, distribute, promote, transmit or donate any material or object for commercial or advertising purposes on the park’s premises without authorization from the administration. 
  • Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, bicycles and similar equipment are not allowed in the park.
  • Authorization to use the park for political, partisan or religious purposes is prohibited. 
  • No association, individual, legal entity or entity in the park may sell its products or those of third parties without prior authorization from the administration. 
  • The handling and carrying of flammable and corrosive materials in the park is prohibited. 
  • Mistreating or abandoning domestic or wild animals, in accordance with current legislation.
  • Setting up closed camping tents or any other similar type of tent; tables, chairs, parasols, benches, dance structures or other types of infrastructure on the park’s premises, except in exceptional cases analyzed and authorized by the administration.
  • Traveling through demarcated areas, such as natural recovery or others, with prohibited access.
  • Entering the park with motorized and electric vehicles, such as scooters, bicycles, electric motorcycles and the like.
  • Parking in places that are not permitted, or without the right to do so, in spaces intended for people with special needs or the elderly.
  • Using areas or equipment outside of their intended purpose or in disagreement with the age group for which they were intended.
  • Throwing or depositing waste outside the appropriate garbage cans, respecting the selective collection system in place.
  • Accessing the park from places other than the official ones;
  • Entering or remaining in the park with a firearm, bladed weapon or similar.
  • Damaging the park’s plant and material heritage.
  • Collecting vegetative or reproductive parts of plant heritage, except in cases of prior authorization from the administration.
  • Using barbecues, stoves, bonfires, using and/or releasing balloons, flying kites, operating drones, burning fireworks or any other type of activity that could endanger the safety of park users, as well as its flora and fauna.
  • Producing or emitting sounds that disturb the environment.
  • Using trees as supports for posters, banners, electrical networks, swings, nets and the like.
  • Climbing trees, due to the risk of users falling and/or damaging the species.
  • Planting or removing any species, unless previously authorized by the administration.
  • Personal and/or animal hygiene in drinking fountains for human use.
  • The practice of combustion-powered automodelling and aeromodelling, unless authorized by the administration.
  • Leafleting or distributing materials of any kind without prior authorization from the administration.
  • Trade of any kind without proper registration.
  • Block the park’s roads, walking paths, trails and access routes.
  • Use the toilets for showering or as a dressing room.
  • No structures may be erected and no commercial dissemination of the images is permitted without prior arrangement with the sales department.

FOR DOMESTIC ANIMALS:

  • Domestic animals are prohibited in the park, except in the case of events and activities such as agility trials, adoption fairs for abandoned animals and puppies, and others authorized by the Administration;
  • It is forbidden to abandon domestic and wild animals in the park, and offenders will be subject to legal penalties;
  • Users are prohibited from feeding the park’s animals;
  • It is forbidden to use drinking fountains intended for human use to hydrate animals;
  • Service or guide dogs are allowed;

USE OF THE PARK'S GENERAL AREAS AND PATHWAYS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:

  • All users of the park are subject to the instructions and determinations of the administration, observing these regulations.
  • It is the user’s duty to take care of the physical, architectural and environmental heritage of the park, and any activity that is not in keeping with its purpose is prohibited.
  • The administration will not be held responsible for accidents, theft, loss or damage of any kind as this is a publicly accessible area.
  • Participation in the sports and/or recreational activities available in the park will be the sole initiative and responsibility of the participants.
